What types of classes do you offer?
We offer a variety of classes to suit different needs and experience levels, including:
Yin Yoga – A slower, meditative practice focusing on deep stretches and relaxation.
Vinyasa Yoga – A dynamic flow that synchronizes movement with breath.
Mum and Baby / Child Yoga – A gentle Vinyasa class designed for all mothers (New and not so new) to practice alongside their babies/children.
Pregnancy Yoga - A gentle and supportive form of yoga designed to help expectant mothers stay active, reduce stress, and prepare their bodies for childbirth. It focuses on breathing techniques, relaxation, and stretches that are safe and beneficial during pregnancy.(Coming Soon)
Mum and Baby exercise class - A fun and upbeat exercise class to upbeat music, combining strength and toning, along with flexibility and core rehab.
Corporate Yoga class -
Private Yoga – Customized one-on-one sessions tailored to your goals.

I'm new to yoga. Which class should I start with?
If you're new to yoga, we recommend starting with either a Beginner Vinyasa class for an introduction to flowing sequences or Yin Yoga for a slower-paced, mindful practice. You can also schedule a Private Yoga session for personalized guidance.
Do I need to bring my own mat and equipment?
We provide some yoga props, but recommend you bring your own mat for comfort. We also recommend bringing a water bottle and a towel for your comfort.
How soon after having a baby can I join the Mum and Baby Yoga class?
We suggest waiting at least 6 weeks after a natural birth and 8 weeks after a C-section, but please consult with your healthcare provider before joining.
Can I book private or yoga therapy sessions?
Yes! Private and Yoga Therapy sessions can be scheduled at your convenience. These are ideal for those seeking personalized attention, working with injuries, or addressing specific health concerns.
Do you offer online or virtual classes?
Yes! We offer both in-person and virtual classes so you can practice yoga from the comfort of your home.
How do I book a class?
You can book a class directly through our website's Schedule page. Simply choose your preferred class, time, and complete the registration process.
What should I wear to class?
Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows you to move freely. Avoid loose-fitting garments that might get in the way during practice.
What if I’m not flexible or have an injury?
Yoga is for everyone, regardless of flexibility or physical condition. Our instructors will offer modifications during class, and we recommend informing them about any injuries beforehand.
How long are the classes?
Most of our classes are 60 minutes, though we also offer 45, 75- and 90-minute sessions depending on the type of class.
What is Yoga Therapy?
Yoga Therapy is a customized practice designed to address specific physical, emotional, or mental health challenges. It’s a great option for those dealing with injuries, chronic conditions, or stress-related issues.
How often should I practice yoga?
It depends on your goals, but we recommend practicing at least 2-3 times per week for optimal benefits. Listen to your body and practice as often as it feels right for you.
